TweqFrobInert

Add and remove the FrobInert metaproperty based on the state of a joint tweq. When the primary joint is in Reverse, then the objects are frobbable.

This works well with chest objects like the Footlocker.

The statement "When the primary joint is in Reverse, then the objects are frobbable." is incorrect. A better statement might be "When the primary joint is in Reverse, then FrobInert is removed. If the object is not frobable before FrobInert is added by this script, it remains unfrobable after FrobInert is removed."
